HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Visitors are encouraged to attend at least four out of six consecutive rehearsals before auditioning and applying for membership. The organization collects dues for the chapter, region and international program. The chorus has many talented members who are willing to assist new members with all aspects of chorus membership.
Learning aids, such as CD's, are provided and the chorus director and musical team will help place you in the best section for your voice. You are not required to know how to read music to join, in fact most of our chorus does not read music.
Most of us found that we quickly felt like we'd known the other chorus members for years. We truly care about one another AND have fun at the same time! We're delighted to have you come and see if this is a group you would enjoy. Sweet Adelines International as an organization is dedicated to teaching women to sing.
